Arena Exhibitor Schedule for Northernlink Ag & Sport Show

Thursday, March 26 • 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday, March 27 • 7:00 am - 10:00 am

Saturday, March 28 • 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

These are the exhibitor setup times for the Northernlink Ag Show at the Fairview arena. Please reach out if you need access before 5:00 pm on Thursday.

Please refrain from taking down before 3:00 pm on Saturday.

Friday, March 27 • 10:00 am - 6:00 pm for exhibitor setup times at the Fairview arena. Saturday, March 28 • 10:00 am – 3:00 pm during the Northernlink Ag Show.

A parking lot is located just southwest of the Fairview arena. Please do not park behind the arena or to the south of the arena, as we want to keep that area available for visitors during the Northernlink Ag Show, especially during exhibitor setup times.

Dollies for setup and take down will be available during the exhibitor setup times at the Fairview Arena. Show staff will be on duty throughout the Northernlink Ag Show, as well as security staff during the show and off show hours. If you require additional power, please arrange it ahead of time.
